Premium.Coffee is a community-owned coffee network. We take customers from big chains and bring them to local coffeehouses — using Bitcoin giveaways and $COFFEE cashback to reward you for choosing local.

No. Everything works in your web browser — nothing to install. If you want quick access, you can add the site to your phone's home screen and open it like an app, including showing your saved cards offline.

Sign in is passwordless: enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit code. No password to remember, no password to lose.

Yes. You can start collecting rewards as a guest — your progress is linked to your device. To protect your rewards and access them on any device, add your email to turn your guest profile into a full account.

Points are added at the counter when you make a purchase. Open your loyalty card, show the QR code on your phone, and a staff member scans it to credit your points. Staff can also find you by name or email if you don't have your code handy.

You have two options:

• Redeem at the coffeehouse — for coffee, dessert, or other rewards. Offers vary by location.
• Swap for $COFFEE tokens — then trade them for BNB/USDT, or hold them to climb the Bitcoin giveaway tiers.

Once you have enough points, open the reward and tap "Claim Reward". A QR code is generated for staff to scan. Your points are deducted and you receive your reward on the spot.

Every QR scan enters you into the monthly Bitcoin giveaway. Your $COFFEE balance determines your tier:

• 🥉 Bronze (10+ $COFFEE) — 5% of the pool, 5 winners
• 🥈 Silver (100+ $COFFEE) — 10% of the pool, 5 winners
• 🥇 Gold (500+ $COFFEE) — 20% of the pool, 5 winners
• 💎 Platinum (1,000+ $COFFEE) — 30% of the pool, 5 winners
• 🎁 Community Pool — 35% of the pool, 1,000 winners

Total: 1,020 winners every month. Winners are announced on our Telegram channel.

Each coffeehouse sets its own rules — including whether and when points, stamps, vouchers, or passes expire. Check the details on the card itself for the policy that applies to you.

We offer two flexible plans:

• Standard subscription — from $199/month
• Pay-as-you-go — $0.25 per QR scan

Both plans contribute to the ecosystem — 35% to $COFFEE liquidity and 15% to Bitcoin giveaways.

Yes. Each coffeehouse sets its own rules — how many points per purchase, what rewards to offer, and whether points expire. Our platform provides the tools; you decide the loyalty experience.

Your coffeehouse can see a customer's name, email, whether they've opted into offers, and their activity within your program only. You cannot see their activity with other, unrelated businesses.

Talk to the owner or manager of a coffeehouse you trust and recommend they join Premium.Coffee. If they join, you earn 15% revenue share (or 20% with a Gratitude NFT) from every payment they make — plus a $COFFEE bonus.

Ask the customer to show their QR code. Scan it with your device — points are credited instantly. If they don't have their code, you can find them by name or email in the system.

When a customer claims a reward, they show you a QR code. Scan it — the reward is marked as used and their points are deducted automatically.

At the counter, you typically see only what you need to credit or redeem rewards — such as the customer's name and membership code. All other details remain private.

Ask the customer for their name or email — you can find them manually in the system. If issues persist, contact our support team via Telegram.

A lightweight, open-source hot wallet designed specifically for receiving and managing $COFFEE tokens and Bitcoin rewards from Premium.Coffee and Coffee.Community.

It's designed for convenience and small rewards — not for storing large amounts. As a hot wallet, it's connected to the internet, which makes it more susceptible to attacks.

⚠️ Important: For larger amounts, always use professional wallets.

For enhanced security, we recommend:

• MetaMask — for Ethereum and Polygon networks
• Trust Wallet — for multi-chain support
• Ledger — for cold storage (hardware wallet)
• Any reputable BEP-20 / Polygon compatible wallet

Best practice:

• Use the Premium.Coffee Wallet for receiving small rewards
• For larger amounts, transfer funds to a professional wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger)
• Create a dedicated wallet exclusively for Premium.Coffee rewards
• Always use wallets that are actively maintained and updated

A coffeehouse whose program you've joined can see your name, email, whether you've agreed to receive offers, and your activity within its own program. It cannot see your activity with other businesses.

Yes. In the privacy and data section of your account settings, you can export all your personal data as a file to download and keep.

Yes. From the privacy and data section of your account settings, you can permanently delete your account. We'll ask you to confirm with a one-time code, and the action cannot be undone.

"Near me" runs only when you press it. Your browser asks for permission, reads your position once, and rounds it to about 110 metres before sending it encrypted to sort results. Your position is not saved, not logged, and never sent to a map or location company.
